This past weekend was kinda crazy. I started off going to watch the Perseid meteor shower on Saturday night. I managed to take some great pictures of the stars in one of the most spectacular locations I’ve ever been to. I got back home around 4:30am, and only had time to edit one picture before I met up with some of my buddies to go to the holy boulders in southern Illinois. I was planning on taking a ton of pictures while climbing, but I only took three. It’s a drill that I’ve been doing recently to improve my efficiency as a photographer. The first two pictures are to figure out the exposure I want. The third picture is the the moment I want to capture. I couldn’t really figure out why I decided to do this drill today, but it just didn’t feel right to take a bunch of pictures. Aside from all that, I can’t wait for this winter. I’m hoping to have an amazing season and I’ve been training super hard. My goal is to finally send V10. I think I’m going to send Baby Killers, it’s a 10 at the holies, so we’ll see what happens.
